How to proceed with an order?

Enter billing information. Enter your billing name, address and phone number as it appears on your credit card.
Enter shipping information. Enter the name, address and phone for where you would like your order to be shipped.
Select shipping method. Choose your preferred shipping option for the item(s) you have chosen.
Place order. Here you will find a summary of the items you are ordering. Verify if the information is correct and click “Place Order”
Order and shipment confirmations. You will receive an email confirming your order. As soon as the goods are ready to ship, you will receive a shipment confirmation email detailing which items have been shipped, with the tracking information. If your order contains multiple items, depending on stock availability, products may be shipped on different occasions.

Valid payment methods

At https://shop.covethouse.eu/ we accept MasterCard, Visa and PayPal.
For phone-in/e-mail orders we accept wire transfers.

If you are paying by credit card using the Covet House checkout, funds will be verified with an authorization at the time of purchase. In certain cases, especially for large orders, a wire transfer may be required. All transactions must be done in Euros or US Dollars.
