Damaged Goods

Report to Customer Service the receipt of a damaged product within 48 hours of delivery and do not discard the damaged item and its packaging.

Our customer care department will contact you directly in approximately 3 business days in order to provide the best solution for your case.


Most products sold on are backed by a manufacturer warranty. We will either facilitate a resolution or put you in contact with our customer care department that will assist you directly.


Items in perfect conditions are non-refundable because all products are made-to-order.

Exceptions must be approved by our customer care department.

Defective Goods

Returns & exchanges

I. Should the article received fail your expectations in any way, please provide written claim to our email within the first 48 hours after reception. Photographic evidence supporting your allegation must be also sent. Upon confirmation of any defect, Covet House Shop compromises to replace the defective part/piece integrally, within a period agreed with the client. The defective part/piece must be received by Covet House Store in its original package before any replacement can be send;

II. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used item(s) cannot be returned unless defective.

III. On the back of the packing slip enclosed with your order, please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund (depending on the original form of payment). Please be sure to enclose the return section of the packing slip with your item(s).

IV. There are no warranties with our products. When issues arise, Covet House Store, reserves the right to determine whether a replacement or repair is most appropriate.

V. After the email reception, the package should be delivered within 14 days. 

VI. After the reception of the returned items, the refund should not exceed 14 days.
